Everything you need to know

Direct answers to our customers’ most frequent questions

How long does it take to get a Schengen visa from Saudi Arabia?

Officially, processing takes 15 to 30 days from the date of fingerprinting. We recommend applying 6-8 weeks before your trip, especially during summer and holiday seasons. We will book the earliest available appointment at VFS/BLS and prepare your complete file beforehand.

The visa decision rests solely with the embassy and no other entity can guarantee it—but our application approval rate is 98% because we never submit incomplete applications. If your application is rejected, we will help you understand the reason and reapply with a stronger team.

The list is long and growing every year: Turkey, Malaysia (90 days), Thailand (up to 60 days + TDAC card), Georgia, Albania, Bosnia, and more. The Maldives offers a free visa on arrival. The UK only requires an electronic ETA (£20, processed in minutes).

Yes — residency requirements vary depending on nationality and destination (often requiring more prior visas). Send us your nationality and destination via WhatsApp and we will reply with the exact requirements for your specific case.

Within 3 to 5 business days of submitting all required documents (valid local driver’s license + passport + personal photo), the card will be delivered to your doorstep. It is available with a 1-year or 3-year validity and is recognized in over 150 countries.

We offer flexible payment options and a low booking deposit for most programs, and installment plans are now available through Tamara and Tabby. Ask your advisor about the available options for your program.

Cancellation policies vary depending on the airline and hotel, and will be explained to you in writing before you confirm any booking—no surprises. We always recommend adding travel insurance that covers emergency cancellations.

Yes — We offer incentive trips for companies, conferences, graduation trips, and large family groups, with special programs, rates, and a dedicated coordinator. Contact us with your group details and you’ll receive a quote within 48 hours.
